- Dar Global, a publicly listed company in London stock exchange with its head quarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will be developing the Trump Tower project in Dubai
- This shall be the inaugural project of the brand to launch after Donald Trump assumes the US presidency for a second time on January 20, 2025
- The Trump Tower shall also have its first Trump Hotel in Dubai
